I heard about Dorsten claims on Beach talk radio after hurricane Ian in September 22 We lost our beach house entirely I think it was the end of November when we signed up with him my insurance had paid some of what it was insured for but said they were not going to pay the rest I called mark and felt pretty comfortable talking to him. He didn’t promise he could do anything he had to see all the information on our policy and if he thought he could get us more, he would take on the case so by the time we got everything together and signed the contract it took a little bit but it was out of our hands then we did not have to deal with the insurance company anymore. It was all on Mark and his team to fight for the rest of our money. They would call every now and then with an update or some more questions they were very easy to work with. They done all the heavy, lifting we just sat back and waited. They told us it could take a bit, but that’s OK because in the end we received a check, they got the rest of the policy for us!! If you were thinking about using Dorsten Claims, don’t think about it, just do it! You have absolutely nothing to lose, but everything to gain. We have never had to deal with a hurricane claim and this company was recommended to us. I can say that they definitely made the process easier, they dealt with the insurance company, and they were able to negotiate a very fair Settlement from the insurance company. I’m really glad we went with them to begin with, as we found there were a lot of people who tried to file their claim on their own and then ended up six months into it and needing to hire a company to help them finish the process. We worked with Brad and he was polite and had good communication, followed up when he needed to, and it’s always been just a phone call or text away. I hope you never need a company to deal with something of a catastrophe level but if you do I would highly recommend this one!
